I really don't mind if no one likes Mega Man. There are a few characters that are my favorite and Omega is one of them. I like his final form from Z3 (which is the same in ZX as well) that everyone refers to as Omega Zero. He is called Omega Zero because he looks like Zero but hes still Omega, hence the name Omega Zero.
I posted this as an information thing about Omega. Basically, its the stuff I learned from playing the game about his past.
Omega doesn't show up until Mega Man Zero 3. In that game it is explained that 100 years prior to Zero 3, Omega was launched into outer space. Zero and the resistance soldiers began to search for a cyber elf known as Dark Elf. In Zero 3, Zero and some of the soldiers are lead to what they believe is the Dark Elf, as they can track her signature (the Dark Elf didn't appear until Mega Man Zero 2). When Zero Goes to the crashed space craft he learns it wasn't the Dark Elf, but Omega who was in the space craft. Omega has the same signature as the Dark Elf, so thats what lead the soldiers and Zero to the crashed ship in the first place.
Omega: First Form
Later after Zero defeats the first four bosses in the game, he has to stop a missile from being launched into a residential are populated by many humans. Omega is aboard the ship, and the missile is targeting the Dark Elf's signature. Zero climbs on board the missile and once he gets to the center, he fights the Baby Elves. After defeating the Baby Elves, the missile crashes into the residential area. Omega absorbs the Dark Elf, becoming more powerful and turning into a gold color.
Once Zero gets to the final stage in the game and gets to Omega he has three forms. The first form is Omega's powered up gold self.
Gold Omega:
The second form is refered to as Omega Ultimate which can be seen here:
(its the larger guy)
After defeating Omega's second form, Zero is returned to the labratory where he first reawakened in Mega Man Zero. Omega Zero shows up and Zero learns Omega had Zero's original body. (If you pay attention to Omega Zero's attacks, they are similar to Zero's attacks from the Mega Man X series). Zero then must fight Omega Zero, the final boss.
Omega Zero:
(O.O.C. This is a funny comic I found with Omega Zero in it. Lol. I thinks its from one of the SNK Vs Capcom games or something like that.

Omega Zero also shows up in Mega Man ZX as a special boss that you can fight after you defeat the eight storyline bosses and go to Area-M. Omega Zero has the same attack he had in Z3, but what makes him harder is that he can heal, and tries to perform the seven strike combo far more often. After defeating Omega and beating the game, you grab a strange stone in Area-N1. You talk to the scientist gaurdian and he says: "Hey (Vent/Aile depending on the character you play as) can I see that strange stone you found in Area-N1? I think I may have figured something out. ........... All done! This turns out to be a very special variety of biometal! It has a funny glow to it, but you may be able to use it to transform!"
A game message then comes up that says: "You can now use Biometal OX!!!"
Model OX is OmegaX (Model X is the main biometal that Vent and Aile get, they transform into the other biometals using Model X). The player can now play as Omega Zero! Well not exactly, but close enough. Model Ox features an Overdrive system with INFINITE biometal energy and Model Ox can utilize all three elelments of Ice, Lightning, and Fire while in Overdrive mode. Model Ox has a buster and a saber.

Area-M and N is where Ragnarok, A doomsday weapon created by Dr. Weil in Mega Man Zero 4, resides. The biometal that is called ultimate is supposed to be Model W, or Model Weil. Biometals are based off of the characteristics of reploids from the past. There are a total of seven biometals the player can use. The models are: Model X (Mega Man X), Model Z (Model Zero), Model H( Model Harupia), Model L (Model Leviathan), Model F (Model Fefnir), Model P (Model Phantom), and, of course, Model O (Model Omega).
I believe that Dr. Weil had backed up Omega's data somehow, or reconstructed him and had him on Ragnarok. I also Believe Dr. Weil Created back up data for himself which turned out to be Model W. I also believe that he also Created Model O to back up Omega's Data.
In Mega Man ZX when you play through the storyline, you learn that Prairie (I spelt the name wrong and Prairie is supposed to be the first commander of the Gaurdians' little sister. During the game, they show you pictures of Mega Man Zero. One pic (when you play as Vent) shows Ciel (the first commander of the Gaurdians [she also led the resistance soldiers]) and Zero with their backs turned to the camera facing multiple enemies. Supposedly, Ciel created the boimetal models X, Z H, F, L, and P.
