Max scurried onto the ship, being silent as he walked along the corridors. Flame was practicaly trotting as they heading for the food court. They were both still starved after their battle. Of course, Flame was still mad that: A.) He didn't get to finish his first meal. And,
B.) He could've won that battle.
Max could see that in him as they walked along, a few people passing them every now and then in silence, giving them a look as they passed an injured Typhloshin. It didn't take them long before they made it to their desitation, where many people sat in an open area. There were plenty of chairs and tables lying around empty, but still a few people sat somewhere in the room, usually seen silent. Max recinized a few people, though he ignored it as he sighed, tired and hungry. But Pokemon were first, right?
"C'mon," he told his Pokemon, turning and walking quickly towards an empty and secluded table. Max pulled out the chair and sat down in a ruch, dropping his bag on the floor. "Alright," he mumbled, grabbing four Pokeballs from his belt. He enlarged all of them in a second. "Let's go, everyone!" he called, throwing all the Pokeballs into the air.
Four reed flashes went into the air, releasing four Pokemon of all different types: a Manferno, Leafeon, Dragonite, and Tyranitar. Max was only missing one Pokemon on his team, but he knew that the "Chatter Box" would be coming soon enough. All four Pokemon looked around confusingly. Well, except for the Dragonite, of whom fell to his rear with a large yawn. Flame also fell to his rear, waiting silently to be healed.
"Feon!" cried the grass type, spinning around to her trainer. Max laugh.
"Alright! Alright!" Max practicaly cried, digging into his backpack. "Time to eat!"

"Excuse me, sir..." A new butler called, referring to Max. "You are not allowed to carry bags in Gateway. I must ask for your belongings and your presence in the main saloon for the opening ceremony."

The butler threw a glare at Yera. He was beginning to detest the kid.
"Go ahead. I will make a record of it..."

Willard looked around at the counter. He thought about getting a small bag, so he would have more PP; which is the equavilent to items. Or a meduim sounded nice as well, just a small cost difference for more room.
"I'll take a meduim bag." the spy shot at the man.

"Very well, good sir." The butler replied, ordering the workers to hand Willard one of the medium bags. His pass was flashed and the PP was discounted. "30 PP remaining. Anyone else to accept his bag?"

With his new bag and his new trainer card, Johna left the room with Dustin. He was already getting impaciant and wanted to get to the island as soon as possible. "I just want to get there, win and leave," he told Dustin.
The Lucario looked over at him, a questioning look on this face. He was not one to just enter a tornament for the winnings. Johna noticed this expression and he sighed. "This is for training, Dustin, so that we can get the throne. Do you really think that this point, we can really go up against Demin? I hate to say it but we can't," he glared at the floor he was walking on. "We need to be strong enough to bring down even Slowking if we have to,"
Dustin widened his eyes. He knew this Slowking that Johna was talking about, but to actually fight him? Was he really that strong? The conversation died down and they remained quiet as they walking into the first class area.

Willard recieved his new bag, and felt happy about it. He thought he made the right choice for the size, after all how many potions would he really need? The man turned and faced out the window. He saw two tentacruels begin to fight. One shot a hydro pump at the other which caused him to fly in the air. "Alright smeagle, let's mix it up a bit" he said as one started shooting purple spikes that bobbed in the water. Smeargle's eyes flashed white and he blinked as the pokemon was returned to his pokeball.

David got up and walked out of the room, holding his bag on his back. He stopped when he reached the barriers that the corridors had, allowing him to gaze down at the water while using the ropes as a support.
"My uncle, huh...?" He mumbled, looking down at the letter Rover Lawride had sent him. He didn't know about him...

Raina walked up to the butler. She had stayed quiet untill everyone else had finished. "Excuse me? Could I get a Medium bag please?" She smiled sweetly. She could tell that so many young trainers was starting to get on the butler's nerves. Might as well make him happy now rather than later.

"Oh, hum, certainly, ma'am." The butler replied, somewhat confused for the sudden change of humor from one trainer to another. Offering the medium bag, he gave the card as well. "Your card has been debited 20 PP."

Raina took the card back and bowed. "Thanks so much!" She took the bag and threw it over her back. For a medium bag, it was kinda heavy. She put her card a way in her pocket and followed the other trainers.

The butler turned around before tking out a small machine from his pocket.
He looked down at it for a few, long moments... a few clicks echoed...
Then suddenly, the butler turned around, with the machine already put away, and his arms crossed behind his back.
"It is time. Master Rover will be waiting for all of you in the Gateway Docks." He announced, as if sighing. He stopped for a few moments and beaconed a few workers behind him. "Gateway has the most advanced technology of most of the world's countries."
Some wheels were heard working, just above them, in the ceiling. Effectively, the roof started to move, and from the outside, the ships was starting to alter its shape.
It wasn't long before the whole upper part of the ship disappeared to its sides, sliding to the water, allowing the ship to become something like a long, flat raft, under the starry sky.
And in the distance, not very far, many buildings rose from ground zero, where the streets were strongly illuminated. An island, separated from this bigger one, could be seen south, covered by foliage.
There was a large building in the coast of the biggest island, and in big, bright letters, one could read:
"Welcome all... to Gateway Island." The butler read and announced while the waters illuminated as they approached the island.
(OOC: Kinda long, huh? Well, it will continue in the Dock, in Gateway Island. Continue here while I get ready.)

Max blinked lighly as he chuckled, walking the on the ship's hallways, Flame and Chigger, his Leafeon, close at his sides. Quite suprising how one thing can turn into another. He was just lucky he had time to eat before he deicded to walk. And get everyone healed. Flame seemed to be a bit upset still, though his trainer was hoping that he would lighten up with the walk they were having. Chigger sure seemed happy enough as she looked at the now stary sky, amzing at all it's twinkling items. Max was just surpised he didn't see any shooting star while they were walking. He gave a breif sigh, wondering where the exit port was on here. Heck, he was just glad to get some ocean air. He knew Dragonite would enjoy flying around along side the ship. But he knew he couldn't let him do that now. He was waiting for someone to arive.
Max finally found a less crowded spot, an area where a few benches stood. It was near the front of the boat, but he didn't care much for that. All he did was plop down once he got there, obviously now getting to relize that he was kinda tired. He sat on the far side of the bench, only leaving a few inches to the end. Chigger jumped right on next to him, sitting down as her leaf-like ears waved in the light breeze. Flame sat to the other side, looking grumpy as he fell to his rear, hunched over with his arms hanging and his eyes half closed. Max smiled, slidding off his medium bag to the wooden floor behind him; there was only just enough space for it, luckily. And as Max sat there, his head resting in his hands with his elbows on his legs, he really only wondered one thing.
Would anyone wonder what the hell he was doing and come up to him.
