David began to hesitate about whether he should tell her or not that Ardos was still out there, even though the main heads were n jail.
"So, you took part of the purifications?" David asked enthusiastically. "I wanted to see one being purified so badly, but then I had to return to Viridian because my parents were home after 5 months in the Seafoam Caves..."

She hesitated before answering. "Kind of...I was the one who had to hold down the pokemon since they were so wild..." She left out the part where she was always hurt in the process.
She still wouldn't look up. "The only method of purification that was clean was when they were calm. But that wasn't always the case, that's why I was there. To do their dirty work..."
She finally looked up but it was only to look up into the sky.

The trainer quieted down and absorbed the woman's words.
He hadn't known of that side of the Shadow Incident...
"You seem to have had a vital role in the Shadow Incident's recovery, then... I didn't know that. Just comes to prove how a person can't be aware of everything." He said, turning to Mightyena afterwards. "To think that Ardos's still..."

Skye finally looked at the young trainer. She heard his last remark. "What do you mean by 'to think that Ardos' still'?" She asked. She heard that all the main bad guys went to jail.
She bit her thumb and mumbled something below her breath. "Those bas***ds..." She was referring to the scientists she used to work with. "...They didn't even tell me anything..."
((I don't know if we can swear or anything so I put the asterisks just in case...))

(OOC: Let's just keep it that way xD )
David hesitated before continuing to speak.
"Ardos... escaped Citadark Island before he was arrested. The authorities already searched for him, but they didn't find anything."
Mightyena sighed and went after the Teddiursa, dragging it by the fur on the back of its neck with his mouth.
(Dejá-vu on the Ardos situation? xD )

(dejavu?)
She bit her thumb even harder. So he was still out there, it seemed. This wasn't good news for Skye, because that would mean that the shadow incident could happen again and she didn't want to go back to those dark days.
"Well they should try harder..." She finally let go of her thumb, she usually did that when she was pissed off.
"Lets...just get off this subject...right now, there's a festival going on and I don't want this to ruin my mood..." Her face was scrunched.

"Teddy!!" The little teddiursa squeals, flailing it's hands and feet around while being dragged. It was so confused. First it was just playing and wasn't wanted.. then they took it with them.. then they yelled at it to make it leave.. and now it was being carried back. It had no idea if it was wanted or not and was starting to get tired of it.

"You're right..." David agreed, nodding. It wouldn't do much to tell her about the whole thing. Especially if she had such a deep hatred for those scientists. But they seemed so friendly... especially that Prof. Krane and his aid, Lily.
David's thoughts were interrupted when he noticed Mightyena was dragging the Teddiursa towards them.
"Hey! What's your idea?!"

The teddiursa was still being carried in the air by the scruff of it's neck. The teddiursa didn't like it even if it didn't hurt. She continued to flail her arms and legs but that is what was making it worse, so she soon stopped and accepted she was being taken back without any chance of getting away.

Snowpoint City was in the middle of experiencing a crisis. Something so catastrophic and disastrous that the entire Flower Festival might need to be cancelled and the city evacuated in order to keep everyone safe was just upon the horizon. Would it become serious enough to tip the precarious cup and drown the city in danger? The water was certainly present enough.
“Are you sure about this, Professor?” asked the young Gym Leader as she stood a few meters away from the entrance to Snowpoint Temple. Candice was so impossibly worried about the odd happenings within this temple recently and now, with the possibility that Regigigas had been awakened somehow, she felt as if the safety of her city and its inhabitants was in grave danger.
“Yes,” Rowan replied gruffly in that intimidating bass voice of his. “But for now let’s continue the festival until further evidence of the escape has been determined. There should be no reason to alarm the trainers or bring about unnecessary fear unless we are sure of the circumstances.”
Candice nodded seeing the wisdom and truth in the professors words but she still hesitated curious of what could have caused this catastrophe. “You don’t think it might have anything to do with someone stealing a part of Regigigas’ shrine do you?” the worried leader asked.
“For all we know, that may very well be likely. But it is too dangerous for anyone to go in there at this time and tell.” Rowan responded. At that moment a loud crash resounded through the clearing from somewhere inside or behind the temple. A puff of smoke appeared just around the corner catching the attention of the resurface team and the Gym Leader.
“Professor look!” Candice exclaimed. Then, before any response came, the Gym Leader took off towards the temple and paused just after she rounded the corner. There, between the remains of the dust and smoke created by a crash, stood a hole twice the size of any pokemon Candice had ever seen before. “Professor!” she exclaimed.
~~
Candice at last nodded her head in response to Professor Rowan’s words. “I’ll head back to the plaza and say the opening words to the festival while you figure out what’s been going on with that hole. I’m also going to give a warning for the trainers to stay away from the temple just in case something does reach a dangerous level and something disastrous comes of this; I have no doubt that something will come of this and that we should be prepared once it does.”
With a nod from the professor, Candice turned and began to make her way back through the city to Nostro Plaza. Snowpoint was beautiful with its well loved blanket of snow but now, seeing it all melt made Candice’s heart beat quickly with anxiety. That was another problem. They had to figure out why the snow had melted and reverse the effect before it could permanently affect the environment of the pokemon that lived in this area. Could it have something to do with the temple?
The decorations that had glowed so brightly in refection with the snow just that morning, now seemed less cheerful to the Gym Leader and Candice bit her lip as she approached the main crowd. Making her way to the front near a small stand that stood right beneath the welcome banner, she hopped up and took the microphone into her hand. Many curious heads turned towards her at that moment and Candice sent a welcoming smile to the crowd below all traces of anxiety hidden from her features.
“Welcome all to Snowpoint’s Annual Flower Festival!” she began cheerfully. “I’m pleased to see you’ve all arrived safely with or without the help of all those wonderful partner pokemon of yours. On behalf of the Snowpoint Gym, I’m pleased to announce that the festival is now open!”
A few of the people in the crowd below began to cheer and Candice beamed letting them celebrate a moment before continuing.
“In addition, we would like to extend a warning to all of you to please stay clear of the Snowpoint Temple. At this time there is nothing of which to be alarmed but that area is off limits due to some recent happenings. Thank you all for coming and we hope you enjoy the festival!”
As Candice finished and the excited babble brought about by her secondary announcement began, the Gym Leader hopped off the stand and let out a small breath. Deciding she would stick around and enjoy the festival for a short while, Candice looked around to see if she spotted anyone familiar. There was no use going back to the temple at this point and risk any curious trainers getting themselves hurt. Instead, she’d stay around the plaza and focus mainly on the exit that lead to the temple in the meantime keeping an eye out for any nosy trainers that might get themselves into trouble.
As she reached that section of the plaza, Candice looked around to see if she could spot a certain red headed coordinator that was bound to appear at sometime.

Instead of lecturing David again, Skye listened to the gym leader giving a loud speech. "Oh, it seems that the festival has started." She gave a small smile, although the tension she heard in the young leader's voice broke her smile. Especially when she spoke about staying away from the temple.
Of course, Skye couldn't leave this matter alone. She could be of service to what was happening, even if for the time being she doesn't know what the details are.
She kept a serious expression upon her face.

"Yeah, but... what do you suppose it happened?" David answered, crossing his arms. "It seems rather odd to open a festival just to shove people away the next minute."
He then noticed how the woman wasn't probably listening, gravely looking at the Gym Leader on the center of the plaza.
"You're curious, too." He concluded in a playful tone.

Skye was soon brought back to reality by David's voice. "Eh? Oh! Well, of course I am. I've never met the Snowpoint Gym Leader but I've heard that she's the happy-go-lucky kind. That speech, to me, didn't seem cheerful at all..." She moved her bangs to the side, thinking.
"...Maybe we should pay that girl a visit...just to see what everythings all about."

The teddiursa looked up the best it could but being held like this made it hard. "Teddy......" It mumbles, reaching out like it wanted help to get away from this dog that was holding it.

David nodded in response to the woman's proposal.
"So..." He said as he started walking. "Are you here on research? I hear the Snowpoint Temple is full of powerful specimens; we can't just barge in."
He knew he was being obvious: he also knew how that'd end.
"So, who speaks first?" He said with a playful tone.
"Would you just stop squeezing? You're even worse than my sister!" Mightyena spoke to the Teddiursa in its own language, knowing he couldn't hold the Pokémon for very long.
